The Insight Refresh project was part of a larger stream of work ( within Ticketek )  called Reporting, Analytics and BI (Business Intelligence). The vision for Insight is to provide a real time client dashboard that allows decision makers the opportunity to monitor sales activity and marketing insights, enabling real intelligence and informed decisions, in the optimisation of sales performance.

Compiling reports and large number of data was a huge team effort. ​Obtaining reliable performance data in a short time.Extracting and simplifying data from multiple sources.

Realtime feedback, available for review from all parties at any time. Detailed customised reports, store report information online with easily access to reports in the future to to track success. Access to insights any time, anywhere, on a range of different devices.
